Rhoda Arzt


Rhoda Arzt began her career in the early 1980's as Vice President of Compliance at Maryland National Bank. When Rhoda left the bank she co-founded and co-owned both a mortgage brokerage firm and a mortgage processing firm. Rhoda went on to become an industry consultant to small banks and mortgage brokerage firms specializing in packaging and selling their loans to Freddie Mac.

In 2004 Rhoda Arzt co-founded her third company Trilogy. After more than 20 years in the Financial Services Industry she leveraged that experience to develop Trilogy's initial client base. Rhoda also volunteers her time with WPEO, the Women President’s Educational Organization, helping other women owned companies achieve certified status.

Fred Shulman

Executive Vice President

In 1979, Fred Shulman founded COMSYS Technical Services, Inc., one of the first and premier IT Staffing firms in the U.S. During his tenure as President and CEO of Comsys, Fred was a finalist for Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year Award. COMSYS was a three-time winner of the INC 500 Fastest Growing Company award.

In 1986, Fred also co-founded the National Association of Computer Consulting Businesses (NACCB) and was a member of its Executive Committee for over a decade. In 1997, after a brief hiatus from the industry and after the sale of COMSYS in 1994 , Fred co-founded AETEA Information Technology Inc, a national IT staffing and solutions firm providing IT services to commercial clients as well as state and local governments. Fred headed up the Merger & Acquisition activity for AETEA until it was sold in late 2003.

In 2004, Fred co-founded Trilogy with Rhoda Arzt as his third I.T. staffing company. Recently Fred was invited to record his oral history of the industry at the Computer History Museum in Palo Alto California due to his numerous contributions to the Software Professional Services Industry.
